Stemming from our desire to offer high-quality organic certified coffees, this is our second year working together with the washing station Buku. This year, it has again proved to be one of our highest performing coffees and a staff favourite within the company. Situated in close proximity to the more recognized Yigircheffe region, Buku possesses slightly more tropical fruit aromas and a touch fewer florals than its neighbouring friends.

As with most of our espresso coffees, we tend to take the roasting a little slower in comparison to its filter counterpart, ensuring optimal solubility for espresso brewing. Our intent is to unite a harmony between Buku's exceptionally transparent fruity character and the syrupy mouthfeel we long for when brewing espresso.
