We first tasted Tessema Edima’s coffee as one of the winning lots at the first Operation Cherry Red Auction, impressing with its exceptional clarity of flavour. We are excited to offer this coffee as part of our range now. The coffee that Tessema grows does so in an almost wild environment, his attention to the picking and maintenance of his crops result in a special coffee in the region. The cherries are delivered the Aricha Washing Station, where they are processed separately to offer this single farmer production.
